Port Tarragona and the State Ports Authority present the 3^rd International Agrifood Congress . As with previous editions, it will be the most important forum in Spain for the exchange of knowledge and information on the sector.

For the 5 and 6 May 2021 we have prepared a programme designed to cover all the current concerns of the agri-food sector, ranging from agricultural production and stockbreeding to international markets. We will also analyze the major challenges facing the sector, including how to adapt to climate change, sustainability, the use of water and the new tendencies in human nutrition.

We will devote particular attention to sustainable logistics and the role of ports. All these aspects will be dealt with in the presence of the world’s leading experts in each of the proposed fields, who will share and discuss their theses and predictions with all of us.

We will complement this programme with time devoted to exchanging information and for networking among all the sector’s actors. We believe it is important to take maximum advantage of personal exchanges in order, among other aspects, to foster business and growth in the sector.

Once again, we are convinced that this 3^rd International Agrifood Congress will be a great opportunity to prepare for the future by sharing ideas and proposals, while taking advantage of the setting offered by the Port of Tarragona, the leading Spanish port in the agri-food sector.
