It is reported that the data may be used for sending commercial communications, by any means, relating to activities and services of our company or business group that may be of your interest. 4. Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, Portability and Limitation

The interested parties holding the data contained in the processing [WEB USERS / NEWSLETTER] as well as the data contained in any of the processing activities owned by APT, may contact the entity in order to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, and if applicable limitation (ARCOPL Rights).

A.- The right of access may be exercised annually, except in case of accredited legitimate interest. When exercising this right, the interested party may choose from the following file consultation systems:

APT will proceed to notify its decision within one month. If the decision is affirmative, the interested party may access the aforementioned information within 10 days following notification.

B.- The right of rectification and cancellation may be exercised, according to the following provisions, provided that the interested party considers that the data collected in our processing activities are inaccurate, incomplete, inadequate or excessive. In this case, they may exercise them through any of the means previously provided. APT will proceed with the rectification or cancellation within 10 days following receipt of the request.

C.- The right of portability may be exercised, according to the following provisions, provided that the interested party considers that the data collected in our processing activities must be returned to the data subject, or where applicable to a third party (Data Processing Manager).

D.- The right of limitation may be exercised, previously the right of opposition to the processing of their data, and that while the right of opposition is not resolved, the processing of the data is limited.

5. Change of Regulations

APT reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case law developments, as well as those that could derive from “standard codes” existing in the matter. Such changes will be communicated with the necessary advance notice on our website, without prejudice to requesting the necessary consent from those affected when this is not considered granted according to the terms of this policy.

6. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The parties, with express waiver of their own jurisdiction, accept Spanish legislation as the governing law of this contract, and submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona for the resolution of all disputes that could arise from it.
