Agrifood International Congress was born in 2016 after observing the materialization of big changes in the agri-food sector. The most prominent, both in terms of supply and demand have been due to increased consumption of animal protein by the world’s population, the use of these raw materials as substitutes for traditional fuels and increasing land productivity and the introduction of genetically modified products.
These great changes in the sector and those that itÔÇÖs saw that will come in the medium term, such as those caused by climate change, made us think about the need to open a knowledge exchange forum to prepare more clearly the future.
